LAND Service

 

 

Velocity Express is the LAND service provider.  Issues with LAND service should be sent directly to the Velocity Customer Experience Center (CEC) in New York City.

All customer service matters directed to Velocity will be logged in a customer relations management system and tracked to resolution.  The nature of the customer service issues and their resolution will be time-stamped and reported weekly to NYSHEI.
